Millenium Deyaar Hotel Set to Open

Millennium Deyaar Hotel Project is one the many projects of U+A from inception to completion. It is a 4 star Hotel and Serviced Apartment project by Deyaar Development located in Al Barsha Area within the vicinity of Mall of Emirates. The project consist of 299 Guest Rooms and 109 Serviced Apartments, with restaurants like Moroccan Kitchen, House of Colors (All Day Dining) and coffee shop for the guests.

It has a unique façade system with Aluminum Louvers & Glass on the Hotel Elevations and GRC & Glass on the Serviced Apartment Elevations. The central open to sky courtyard consist of kids play area, casual seating spaces and landscaping with solar lights which provides lighting to the ground floor corridors. The amenities like Gym, Spa & Sauna, Swimming Pools etc., are located in the lower and upper roof levels which further adds to the ambience and segregate the areas.

The Statutory Authorities approvals has been formalized and the project is heading towards soft opening in coming weeks with Millennium as the operator.
