Located in the heart of 6th of October Cairo, Owest is an exclusive gated community developed by Orascom Developments in Egypt. U+A conceptualized Phase I Residential block situated within the central mixed-use sector of the project.

The Architecture is a nod to Egypt’s long standing history in construction and innovation. The massing and materiality is a modern translation of Egypt’s ancient cities’s vernacular.
