SHUAA Tower

SHUAA was a competition entry for a mixed-use Residential and hospitality tower proposed along Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai. U+A imagined the tower as a stacking of volumes, each representing a unique function. The shifting of the volumes also gives emphasis to the diverse functionalities of the tower.
