Park Ridge

Set within Dubai Hills Estate, Park RIdge is the first of a three phased Multi-residential development facing DHE central park at its core. One of the largest developments in the estate, phase one is comprised of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, with townhouses along the Boulevard.

U+A was commissioned by Emaar as the Main-consultant for the Architectural and Interior design in addition to supervising the construction of all phases.
