Marasi Riverside is a 48 floor High-end Residential tower located along Business Bay’s Canal in Dubai, UAE. Comprised of 1,2 3bedroom and Penthouse units, the tower’s developer, Dubai Properties, sought to build an innovative and elegant residence with state of the art amenities.

U+A was commissioned as Main Consultant to create a design which not only fulfils the client’s efficiency and built cost requirements, but also an architecture which is contemporary and timeless.
