Jewel of the Creek

The Jewel of the Creek is an ambitious multi-residential development located along the shoreline of the Dubai Creek. The project’s unique position within Deira’s buzzing commercial neighbourhood and the Creek water’s edge gives way to unmatched views towards Downtown Dubai.

U+A was commissioned to re-visit a previous architectural and masterplanning scheme to improve both its feasibility and architectural expression. U+A’s Landscape architects also worked closely with the design team to provide an exclusive live-work-play community at the heart of Deira.
