U+A developed a masterplan for a unique and new experience along the promenade in the Business Bay, proposing a series of nodes along the entire length of the canal each serving a variety of outdoor and indoor activities. Floating platforms on the canal aim to extend the experience further onto the water, which is unlike any other marina development in Dubai till date. Marasi Business Bay is a new waterfront landmark along the Dubai Water Canal. A 9.7 km promenade offering the region’s first yachting destination with the water homes, offshore restaurants, retail options and leisure facilities.
The promenade will not only cater for its residents and office workers but also the young generation of Dubai, providing an unmatched experience along the canal.
