The site for DFC 3 star hotel is strategically situated within Dubai Festival City taking advantage of the close proximity to Dubai’s International Airport, Business Bay, Downtown Dubai, and the Dubai Creek with its cultural and historical tourist sites. The possible connectivity to the newly expanded Festival City mall also adds value to the hotel and creates great potential linking it within the masterplan by easy access for pedestrians. The development is proposed to be a two phased project, which is to include a hotel, F&B and entertainment and health club facilities.
