3D Printed House

U+A was commissioned to design and supervise the construction of Emaar’s first 3D printed Villa in Dubai, UAE. The custom designed 140sqm villa was developed as a prototype for larger communities requiring fast paced, cost efficient dwellings.

The 3D printed home received a number of awards, including the coveted ‘Smart Project of the Year’ in 2019 under Consultant Middle-East Magazine.
