CONCEPT ARCHITECT
You will be working on a number of commercial / residential projects directly under the Design Principal in the early stages of architectural design. Exceptionally talented and devoted to design, the candidates should inherently possess boundless creativity, coupled with a desire to excel in his/her craft.
Location: Dubai Office
Qualifications
• Master’s degree in architecture (Western educated)
• Exceptionally talented, with a unique sense of creativity both in drawing and 3D
• Exceptional Sketching Skills
• Self-driven to push for his/her ideas
• Able to work independently
• 3-5 years’ experience in an international reputable firm preferred
• Knowledge of REVIT Architecture preferred but not a must
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• A motivated, energetic, well organized self-starter eager to learn and share.
Responsibilities
• Initiate Conceptual Design through various media such as Sketching, 3D printing, 3D massing and able to skillfully utilize Sketchup,, Rhino, REVIT, Enscape and/or Formit
• Logical and considered space planning understanding Client requirements and local Regulations
• Independently carry forward the initial concept through further development
• Architectural expression and presentation through various visualisation platforms
• Knowledge of Architectural principles, techniques and technical detailing is required to execute the Architectural working drawings to acceptable standards
• Work with the Design Principal and project team(s) on conceptual designs, presentations and design development.
DESIGN MANAGER
You will be working on several large scale mixed-use, hospitality, commercial, residential projects directly under the Design director from inception to completion (issuance of Construction documents), managing team of architects.
Location: Dubai Office
Qualifications
• Must have a Professional degree (Masters or Bachelor) in Architecture from an accredited program.
• Architecture Design / project management experience (14+ years) in all phases of projects through post-occupancy required.
• Knowledge of international building codes & local codes.
• Extensive knowledge of architectural principles/practices & technical.
• Good leadership capability and can work as a team.
• Good communication and management skills.
• Strong desire to attract top clients and the best projects.
• A self-motivated, energetic, well organized self-starter.
• Computer skills required: Microsoft Word and Excel and AutoCAD. Revit, and Adobe Suite all a plus.
Responsibilities
• Ability to run, manage & deliver project from inception to completion.
• To lead, manage, motivate and coordinate Architectural project teams on several major projects with complex features
• To take responsibility for the design process and coordinate other engineering activities relating to the project
• To be responsible and accountable for achieving the Practice’s overall objective in delivering first-class architecture and engineering designs on time and on budget
• To share responsibility and accountability for financial aspects of running a design project on time and on budget
• To lead, coordinate and integrate the work of external project teams as required
• To seek, and record evidence of, continuing professional development (CPD) in accordance with the requirements of the appropriate institution
• To guide and mentor architect’s professional development
• Deliver projects efficiently and effectively through inspirational leadership of the architectural team members.
• To have thorough knowledge of construction details, understand & comply with U+A procedures and standards.
• To contribute, or otherwise assist, as required by the directors & Management.
• Provide support in developing the technical bids based on the documentation, inputs and feedback received from various stakeholders, to ensure alignment with the requirements while adhering to quality standards.
SENIOR ARCHITECT
You will work on a range of large-scale building projects including high-end resorts, towers, residential, commercial buildings and hotels, directly under the Design manager as project lead managing team of architects.
We are looking for Expert level Revit architect with strong design skills and good technical capabilities who will lead and liaise with engineers for coordination.

Qualifications
• Must have a Professional degree (Masters or Bachelor) in Architecture from an accredited program.
• Architecture Design (8+ years) must be working on Medium to Large Scale Projects
• Knowledge of international building codes & local codes.
• knowledge of architectural principles/practices & technical.
• Good communication and team player.
• A self-motivated, energetic, well organized self-starter, attention to details.
• Computer skills required: Revit expert level with minimum 7 years hands on experience in Revit & Navis work
Responsibilities
• Design Development and implementation.
• Leading Architectural team working alongside as a team player.
• Review of all drawing packages prior to issue (QA/QC check).
• Responsibility for all local authority compliance and international code compliance.
• Responsibility for utilizing correct design standards & implementation.
• Responsibility for all technical detailing of projects
• Liaison & Coordination of all sub consultant packages
• Help lead the continued development of the architectural in-house expertise and methodologies.
• Be part of a BIM committee and contribute
