Construction Update Al Sarfa Villa-BCC

We are glad to announce that we have received the building permit on Al Sarfa Villas. We have commenced our site works in 2016 November and the building completion in July 2019, 33 Months from building permit to BCC. MERAAS is our Client, M/s RBG our structural consultant, M/s RAMBOLL is our MEP Consultant and M/s Trojan is our Contractor.

As a family this is a big mile stone for all of us and we have seen exceptional efforts from all our teams: Design, Authority Liaison, Site Supervision, Finance and Admin along with our Management for making this project a great success.
