U+A was commissioned to design 3 & 4 bedroom townhomes within the expansive Festival City development in Deira, UAE. Each villa is comprised of a courtyard to optimise natural delight, back to front access to maximize pedestrian frontage entry and a concealed garage along a back vehicular lane.
