MBC CEO Villa

The Concept for MBC villa addresses the stunning views surrounding the site. The project is composed of three distinct sectors, following the programmatic requirements of the Client, namely the Private zone, the Semi-Private zone, and the Public for entertainment and receiving guests. Each is developed with its own courtyard and arranged in proportion to the function it serves. The volumes are elevated to maximize the views and large windows to frame them.
