Dubai Duty Free Residence

Located just 30 minutes away from Dubai, this residential development was commissioned by Dubai Duty Free for its executive staff. The design took in consideration the budget limitations by its constructability and modulation. Two types of modular apartment layouts were designed to fall along a consistent grid arrangement with alternative and expandable units depending on the family needs, without compromising the living conditions. Natural daylight, locally sourced materials and room dimensions were carefully considered to maximize the quality of the living conditions.
