JVC Tower

The project’s brief called for considerations of efficiency and maximum sale area coupled with the elegance of the architecture. U+A achieved these objectives by simple, flexible planning, in turn delivering cost effective construction managed from the early implementation of the design.

The architecture was developed with the principles of extruded interlocking cubes, which allow for large terraces at the top for the penthouses and corner windows for the typical units.
